We would suggest students that they should start to prepare for application 5 to 6 months before the intake start date. Depending on the course and destination this may vary.

Not really, however we strongly recommend students to write SOP (Statement of purpose). This helps in portraying a clear intension of chosen course and country for study.

LOR – Letter of Recommendations adds up to the genuineness of your file.

One of the primary documents to apply to a university is the Statement of Purpose which is also called as SOP or Letter of Motivation, Statement of Intent. This SOP is a crucial admission document to get an admission. The Statement of Purpose must focus on:

  • Overview about yourself
  • Educational qualification
  • Academic achievement
  • Projects / Research in the chosen field
  • Employment experience
  • Areas of interest like Hobbies, Sports, Social or leisure
  • Career goals / ambitions / expectations
  • Reasons to choose this course
  • Reasons to select chosen university
  • Reasons to choose this country

You can draft your SOP which could be for 1 to 2 pages with 250 -350 words. The Statement of Purpose must be in good English without spelling and grammar mistakes.

First, you must have a clear idea of what you wish to study. There are also financial considerations to take into account, and the cost can vary enormously from institution to institution. The field of study, geography and cost will help you narrow down your selection.

The next step is to contact us for the variety of universities that appeal to you and obtain information from us and we will take it further for you to complete the application process.

Most institutes require you to fill an application form and submit it, along with your educational qualifications, test results, one or more letters of recommendation from former teachers or employers, personal essays and statement of purpose, financial affidavits, and applications for scholarship if any. Sometimes the institutes will also require that you pay an application fee.

Interviews are normally conducted by Universities for Post graduate program, in order to determine the strengths of applicants for their respective programs. At the undergraduate level, for Bachelors and other programs, interviews are very rare and only in cases where universities need further information to determine aid or other benefits to the applicants.

The importance of such interviews cannot be overemphasized, since they can make or break an applicant! One could be quite sound academically, have very good scores, present the application very well and submit top class essays. However, a rejection could always happen if the interview is not done successfully as in the case of job interviews.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is one of the mandatory tests required to be taken for admission in  UK, Canadian, New Zealand  and Australian Universities.

All candidates have to take the same Listening and Speaking Modules. If you are planning to undertake academic study it is recommended that you sit for the Academic Reading and Writing Modules. If you are planning to undertake non-academic training or apply for immigration to Australia or New Zealand it is recommended that you sit for the General Training Reading and Writing.

The IELTS exam contains four sections:

  • Listening – 30 Minutes
  • Reading – 60 Minutes
  • Writing two essays – 60 Minutes
  • Speaking – 10 – 15 Minutes

A good application is the first step towards securing admission. Unless one has prior experience, it’s quite difficult to submit a perfect application with all relevant documents evaluated and attached. An application with missing documents may be delayed or discarded or misinterpreted by the institute authorities. Thus it becomes vital to foresee thoroughly all application details before finally sending the application across. Most students are unaware of the application procedures and documentation required, that’s why we have experienced counsellors to assist at every step of the application procedure and documentation.

One of the vital steps that involve your future prospects is selection of a university. There are numerous universities across the globe, which offer admissions to students, but one needs to carefully inspect various aspects before finally deciding to apply.

  • Flexibility of transferring to other courses or programs within and outside the university
  • Student to staff ratio
  • Faculty and infrastructure
